I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in mid-town Manhattan. My clinical experience spans over 20 years in government social service programs, corporate institutions and private practice. Clients are individuals, couples and groups aged 18 and over working through issues with infertility, relationships, life transitions and grief and loss. My approach is solution-focused and draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, most prominently Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
In addition to my work in private practice, I provide clinical consultation and evaluation for private adoption cases nationwide. Memberships include RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, The Clinicians Collective (TCC), the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work (NYSSCSW), and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), serving on the Private Practice committee of the New York chapter.
I am a board member of Community Access, Inc., New York City’s largest provider of supportive housing and social services for people living with mental health concerns. I received my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University and serve as a clinical supervisor to Master’s level social work students.
